Dean and Sally have been working for two years to open a Raw (all organic, all vegan and all living) foods cart. Constructed from a VW bus, the "Sally in the Raw" food cart is out on the Pearl Street walking mall (one of the hottest locations in Boulder, Colorado!)

From the Boulder Daily Camera: "Sally in the Raw offers raw food in an assortment of selections that are blended, soaked and marinated, but never heated over 110 degrees. Menu items include a meatless loaf - which is made from seeds, nuts, vegetables and a wide variety of spices - and a Tom Khai soup, which features walnuts, coconuts, lime leaves and lemongrass."
